Clothing Returns

IMPORTANT: Perfume and makeup will leave a mark on a t-shirt. So be careful when trying on a shirt for the first time. We will be unable to accept the return of an item that smells of Beyonce’s latest perfume or has your lipstick smeared on it. Please make sure that any returns are sent in the original packaging wherever possible.

Faulty Item
We strive for top quality clothing. Occasionally, something will slip under the radar. If you have received a piece of clothing with damage or other faults, then please contact us at helpdesk@deathbydesign.com. Provide us with your name, order number and the details of the fault. We will then organize a refund or a replacement back up to the usual high standards.

Wrong item
We’re only human. Sometimes we make mistakes. If you have received the wrong item, please contact us at helpdesk@deathbydesign.com. Provide us with your name, address, order number and details of the item you have wrongly received. We will then organize for a replacement or refund. We will not be able to accept the return and refund of any item that has had labels removed or endured obvious wear.

Missing Items
Something missing? If you receive your order and an item is missing, let us know. Contact us at helpdesk@deathbydesign.com. Provide us with your name, address and order number, and the details of what is missing. We will arrange for it to be delivered.
