Every year, the Coalition to Transform Advanced Care (C-TAC) hosts the National Summit on Advanced Illness Care, which brings together hundreds of healthcare leaders, policymakers, consumer advocates, academics and others in the movement towards comprehensive, value- and patient-focused care for people with advanced illness. This year’s event will be hosted at the Denver Hilton City Center in Denver, Colorado from October 9–11.

Kimberly will be recording Death by Design Podcast as well as signing her book, Bridging the Gap.
